Beibu Gulf No 1 BeihaiBlack framed aluminium sliding doors for a seafront residential and commercial development in Beihai China

Beibu Gulf No.1 is a seafront residential and commercial development in Beihai, on China's Beibu Gulf coast. Inside its units, YOOAN supplied custom black-framed aluminium sliding doors for two positions: the balcony door facing the sea, and the glazed partition between the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom.

Project highlights

  1. One system, two roles

The balcony door and the bathroom partition use the same black-framed sliding door system, so frame width, colour and hardware match from one room to the next.

  2. Daylight through the whole unit

The glazed partition lets light from the balcony reach the ensuite bathroom. From the bathroom, the bedroom and the sea view stay in sight.

  3. Made for this development

The doors were custom-made for Beibu Gulf No.1 rather than picked from standard sizes, so each unit gets the same fit and finish.
