YOOAN is a brand of Foshan Xiangmeiju Home Furnishing Technology Co., Ltd. (“YOOAN”, “we”, “us”), a manufacturer of thermal-break aluminium windows and doors in Foshan, China. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it.
1 What we collect
- Details you give us in our enquiry, quotation, partnership, visit or document-request forms, or by email or WhatsApp: your name, role, WhatsApp number, email, company, country and city, and any project information you choose to share.
- Enquiry context: when you submit a form, we record the page you sent it from, the pages you viewed during that visit and how you reached our site (for example a search engine or an ad campaign).
- Security data: your IP address is used briefly to block spam submissions, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
2 Cookies
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser stores your pages viewed for the current visit (deleted when you close the tab) and how you first found us (kept for 30 days). Embedded YouTube videos, Google Maps and Google Fonts may receive your IP address under their own privacy policies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
3 How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, send requested documents, arrange visits, review partnership applications, follow up on your project, understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, and keep our website secure. We do not sell your data, and we only send marketing messages if you agree to receive them.
For visitors in the EU/EEA and UK, we rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and running our website, and your consent where required.

5 Where your data is processed
Our team works mainly from China and Malaysia, and our website is hosted outside your country. Your data may therefore be processed in countries including China, Malaysia and Singapore. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
6 How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact if no business relationship results. Customer and partner records are kept for the duration of the relationship and as required by law.
7 Security
Enquiries are stored in a private area of our website that only authorised staff can access, protected by access controls and secure connections.
8 Your rights
Under laws such as Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the EU/UK GDPR, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, or opt out of marketing.
