YOOAN is an aluminium window and door manufacturer based in Xiqiao, Foshan. Since 2006, we have developed and manufactured windows, doors and sunroom systems for residential, commercial and distribution projects.

Made in Foshan

Our own team handles cutting, machining, assembly, inspection and export packing. Profiles, glass and hardware are sourced to the confirmed specification and checked on arrival before production begins.

HOW WE MANUFACTURE

From approved drawing
to protected shipment

Every order is built to its approved drawing in our Foshan factory. Visits are welcome — book three working days ahead.

    Automatic aluminium profile cutting in the YOOAN factory

    Cut to the drawing

    Eight CNC saws and an automatic cutting centre cut every profile to the approved size.

    Quality control

    Checked three times

    Materials, every process and each finished unit. Anything off-drawing is rebuilt.

    Delivered in 60–75 days

    About 35 days in production plus about 30 days at sea, with export documents ready.

INSTALLATION & DELIVERY

From confirmation
to handover

Installation scope — supply only, remote guidance or on-site support — is agreed in writing before the order.

    Built and checked at three stages against that drawing.

    Packing & shipment

    Labelled, protected and shipped with export documents.

    Site coordination

    Your local team installs with our drawings and remote help; on-site support above 1,000 m².

  5. Handover of completed windows and doors to the owner

    Inspection & handover

    Check units on arrival and report transit damage within three days — we remake it to the same drawing.

Five-year warranty on finished windows and doors. Typical lead time 60–75 days.
