No house should be above nature.
It should fit in there. It belongs there.
They live there in harmony.
Nestled within the serene beauty of Guangxi, our homes are designed to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. We believe that every dwelling should be an extension of the landscape, not a disruption to it.

Life is the starting point of all design

Beibuwan No. 1 is located on the south side of Beihai Haijing Avenue, which is known as the ‘No. 1 road with sea view in Guangxi’, and has more than 700 metres of coastline, making its location extremely scarce. The project has a gross floor area of 492,369 square metres, with building heights ranging from 106 metres to 194 metres, depending on the location of the undulations.

The designers thought deeply about the relationship between geography and nature, humanity and value, balancing professional depth and artistic height. The project adopts a mountain-shaped building with a conventional plate tower structure. The undulating silhouette echoes the coastline and the water surface; and on the top floor of the building, a continuous roof terrace is formed, which becomes a public activity space for the residents - tennis courts, swimming pools and other types of sports facilities are arranged in the roof garden. There are also openings in the man-made mountain building, where sea views and sea breezes penetrate into the cityscape.
