The building itself is a man-made natural landscape

The designers thought deeply about the relationship between geography and nature, humanity and value, balancing professional depth and artistic height.The project adopts a mountain-shaped building with a conventional plate tower structure. The undulating silhouette echoes the coastline and the water surface; and on the top floor of the building, a continuous roof terrace is formed, which becomes a public activity space for the residents - tennis courts, swimming pools and other types of sports facilities are arranged in the roof garden. There are also openings in the man-made mountain building, where sea views and sea breezes penetrate into the cityscape.

Using modern design techniques for expression, symbiosis with the environment and re-implantation of functions, Heung Yuean Windows and Doors optimises the building structure through functional components and enhances the control of light and temperature in order to stimulate the potential of the site's space and expand the spatial state.
