The Western China Science and Technology Innovation Harbor project, a national-level initiative jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Shaanxi Province, is an important platform for Shaanxi Province and Xi'an communication University to implement the "Belt and Road," innovation-driven, and Western Development strategies. It is jointly constructed by Xi'an communication University and the Xi'an Xi'an New District, located in Yang Xi New city zone, Xi'an Xi'an New District, with a total area of 23 square kilometers and a construction land area of 10.5 square kilometers.
The Western China Science and Technology Innovation Harbor. Smart Learning Town project has utilized over 160,000 square meters of Yooan Aluminum Alloy Doors and Windows, and the project has been fully completed.
